The Cana Group continues to grow its offerings throughout Horry County, with three new projects on the horizon.
First, and the most immediately available are the residential townhomes of the popular Waterway community, Riverbend. With the Riverbend single-family homes sold out, and only the models remaining to be sold in the attached homes (in the $160’s to the $180’s), developer Johnson & Wellons is getting construction underway in June on the first townhome building started in almost 10 years. These units feature garages, master suites downstairs (per plan), and upgraded interior features such as granite countertops and superior trim and finish work – while the community offers an outdoor pool facility, well-manicured grounds, a day dock on the Waterway, and a public boat ramp next door at the intersection of Bay Road and Enterprise Road.
June will also bring the “Pre-Sale” introduction of the new Oak Glen community on Cates Bay Road in the City of Conway. Located a little over a mile from the historic downtown Conway area, Oak Glen promises to be the most exciting new community in Conway in many years, with over-sized homesites, curb and gutter roadway, picturesque ponds, and beautiful wooded surroundings and buffers that create a warm and inviting neighborhood. New homes will all feature garages, sodded yards with irrigation, and plenty of affordable custom features to choose from. Models will be started in June, with delivery of custom homes to our buyers starting in September, and prices available from the $120’s to the $190’s.
Finally, keep an eye on Little River and North Myrtle Beach as well, as Johnson & Wellons is planning on building new homes in the Long Bay Golf Club on Hwy. 9 for well under current resale prices. Again, many upgrades and additions will be available, but the base prices on our home plans there are expected to be from the $160’s to the $220’s.
