The website, www.NewHomesAtMyrtleBeach.com, was created by Interactivity Marketing of Myrtle Beach, as envisioned by Randy Wallace, Project Sales Director of Keller-Williams. The website includes information on several new communities in the area, as well as location maps, floor plans, pictures, and important links to area schools, hospitals, and Chambers of Commerce.
The most important feature of the new website is the ability to brand the website to not only each Keller-Williams agent who registers on the site, but any agent that registers on the site. After registering, each community on the website will be branded to the registered agent once a link to the New Homes website is posted on the front page of the agent’s own real estate website. For the agent, it’s like getting a $5,000 custom website for their marketing for free.
With over 100 agents associated with Keller-Williams, for the featured communities, it’s like creating 100 websites at once. As with everything at Keller-Williams, it’s a “win-win, or no deal,” and the new website is definitely a win-win for the agents, the builders and the developers, and for the buying public!
